I am Ahmed Al-Jarai, and my journey began with a simple dream and great passion. Seventeen years ago, I entered my first private school as a teacher, carrying aspirations that extended beyond the classroom. For me, education was more than just a job; it was a mission I deeply believed in and a life I was committed to living.
As I progressed in my career, I transitioned from being a teacher to becoming a deputy principal and eventually the director of an educational complex. These experiences allowed me to work with renowned educational companies and even contribute to founding some of them. These milestones shaped my expertise, deepened my understanding of the educational environment’s needs, and fueled my determination to continue advancing in this field.
In 2013, a pivotal moment changed the course of my professional life when I established Qadat Al-Ummah Schools in Riyadh. This experience was unique, as I was involved in every aspect of the project, from selecting the name and location to choosing the curricula and hiring the best teachers. Today, Qadat Al-Ummah Schools are recognized among the most successful schools in terms of enrollment and academic achievement, and this remains a source of pride for me.
In 2015, I obtained a professional license as an Educational and Pedagogical Consultant. This allowed me to offer free consultations to support the private education sector, in addition to providing paid consultancy services. These opportunities helped me exchange expertise and expand my influence in improving the quality of education.
In 2019, I founded another company under the name Itqan Al-Tarbiyah Schools, which now serves over 2,500 students, achieving remarkable success in delivering high-quality education.
Today, with these accumulated experiences, my team and I at “Athar” aim to contribute to achieving Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 by advancing the private education sector. We work to improve the quality of education and increase its efficiency. Our goal is to empower teachers to be the “inspirational educators” who positively shape students’ personalities, guide them toward a bright future, and equip them with the skills needed to face the challenges of the 21st century.
